I forgot when I drew this.. xD All I remember was, painting halfway, then stuffing it in the corner cause I couldn't be bothered finishing it -_- (happens almost all the time, the laziness consumes me)

Used refs for the background! I thought the wet pavement look was pretty cool, i wanted to try it lolol.
